A boutique residence steps from the Royal Ontario Museum.
Among the first projects to define the firm's later signature — low suite count, oversized windows, hand-finished materials. Twelve floors. Fewer than seventy residences. The building set the bar for what a small Toronto project could be.
Suites are arranged so that no two floor plans are identical. The amenity space is deliberately small — a single residents' room and a private terrace — on the theory that scale here is more graceful than abundance.
