A new urban centre at one of North York's quietest crossings. The masterplan animates the site with a covered retail concourse, a public square, and a residents' garden by a landscape architect best known for his Manhattan rooftops.
The three towers are deliberately staggered in height — the tallest rising at the southern edge to minimize shadow on the residential street to the north. Suite mix runs from one-bedroom investor units to family three-bedrooms with private terraces.
